Willie developed his consultative acumen at Mid-America for more than 15 years, where he was a Partner and Director of Tenant Representation for the leading full-service retail real estate firm in the Midwest. In that capacity, Willie educated developers on the benefits of medtail brands, bringing change and success in a space that had long-held misconceptions and stigmas.
